Our Aim
Webuseful's aim is to make the web work for our clients. We use our technical and marketing skills to find ways for the internet to add value to your company. The purpose of the sites we create is not to showcase our skills but to present your company as effectively as possible.
We understand that business managers have many demands on their time, so we don't expect you to co-ordinate designers, writers, developers and hosting companies. We provide complete solutions, and take full responsibility for delivering a solution that works for you.
What We Do
We love getting to know our clients. We think that websites should convey the character of the company, not just its colour scheme. To do this we spend time talking to all our clients so that we understand their business. Not just what they do, but also why they do it.
We love learning new skills. What's possible on the web is changing every day. Features that once required million-dollar budgets are now available to ordinary small to medium sized businesses. Every day we learn something new, that helps us make more effective websites for our clients.
Who We Are
Steve Jack

Prior to starting Webuseful Steve was Head of IT for online share trading company IWeb Share Dealing. Steve worked on the project from its inception. In the 3 years after going live in 2001 the company gained 30,000 clients and reached £3 million in trades per day.

Jo Shaer : Social Media Expert
Jo has been fascinated by the internet for a decade now and has participated in a variety of internet groups and forums on a wide range of differing interests – martial arts, web hosting, online marketing and writing. This was the beginnings of what became ‘social media’.
The advent of local SEO and Social gave Jo an opportunity which fits her area of experience very nicely. It enables her to use her writing and communication skills and social networking ability to promote local businesses.
Writing is one of Jo’s passions. She always tries to try to ensure that any work with her name on it gives the reader something valuable and insightful about the subject in question.
Jo knows that the internet can be an intimidating and confusing place. Her goal is to demystify the online terminology and processes to enable everyone to access its potential – and to eradicate rogue apostrophes along the way!
