The Un-Cooperative Bank

Our business banking is with the Co-Op. We like the Co-op and respect their ethical stance. They’ve come out of the recent crisis much better than their bigger competitors. But their online system is driving is away.
Yesterday it took 3 attempts and 1 hour to do 1 money transfer. Today we gave up after half an hour. We can’t wait 2 days to move money. Their telephone helpline is equally helpless.
We hope they fix it soon, else we’ll have to go elsewhere.
